Birth Cert Question
My wife is going for naturalisation via Irish Spouse and we’re getting our documents certified tomorrow and I looking for clarity on the birth cert.
I know we need the passports, marriage cert and declaration all certified with their forms but I’m confused on the birth cert. It says on the immigration website a certified birth cert but I don’t see any form for it like the others.
Do I just bring the original and a copy of it and get the solicitor to certify onto the copy?
My wife’s also Brazilian, so we’ve already got the birth cert translated via a certified company. Is that enough or does this also have to be certified by the solicitor?
Any advice would be great.
