What's a good Star Trek gift I can get my dad with only one hand?

Hello! My dad is a big fan of Star Trek, specifically the original series & of The Next Generation, & it's one of the few things I've known him to really enjoy throughout his entire life. I've caught him rewatching both series multiple times when I used to live at home & when I moved out he would come over so we could watch the original series together since I had never seen it. Sadly only got through a few episodes before we stopped doing it, but it was still fun to watch with him. But throughout the years he's picked up the occasional Star Trek merch & has a little display in his office for it all. My favorite thing he has is one of the anniversary communicators, but he also has a small model of the original Enterprise along with some other Captain Kurt related stuff as well. (Mid edit while texting my dad - he told me he still uses the communicator on occasion & will sometimes bring it to work with him which is awesome)

As I've gotten older, I've tried to get him stuff he could add to his collection such as the model Enterprise I just mentioned (Birthday gift from my little brother & I a few years back) & recently I've been trying to think of some other Star Trek merch I can get him in the future. My most recent idea was the new Lego set of the bridge & I thought that would be something fun for him to mess with along with being a chance to build it together. However I had some second thoughts after thinking about his situation AKA the second half of my question. He was only born with 1 functioning hand so his right hand doesn't work at all. That means he unfortunately does have some restrictions on what he can do such as building/messing with something like Lego. I also apologize if that sounds ridiculous I might forget something like that, but my dad is very capable with only one hand to where he has driven stick shift cars his entire life so I genuinely forget sometimes he only has one good hand.

But to get to the main point of my question; would anyone happen to know any good Star Trek related gifts that he'd be able to enjoy? As someone who doesn't know a whole lot about the shows or merchandise around the shows any sort of advice would be appreciated πŸ™‚ thanks for reading!

Found this custom C96 Mauser pistol I got along time ago that works perfectly for Han Solo

Sadly I couldn't tell anyone what the brand is that made it since I bought it easily 10+ years ago, but since Han's blaster is essentially a fancy Mauser with a scope slapped on it I figured it would still look way better than the standard scope pistol Lego makes.

Built an extension to my mini Mos Eisley Cantina (set 75052)

I recently picked this set up & liked it a lot, however my main complaint about it was how small it was. So with some extra tan pieces I've been collecting to build my own cantina, I decided to build an extension to it! It's connected by two clips so it can be easily attached/detached & I built it so you can still access the gear in the back to flip Greedo out of his chair. I hope you all enjoy the pics I took of the final results πŸ™‚

Got a Momow Nadon (Cantina Ithorian) from my local Bricks & Minifigs & immediately knew what to do with it

Some of my earliest memories of star wars are from the 2003 2D Clone Wars show, specifically the scenes of General Grievous vs the Jedi during the battle of Coruscant, & after seeing Roron Corobb in action the Ithorians have been my absolute favorite alien species in SW ever since. When I got back into Lego I knew I eventually wanted to get a Lego Ithorian so when I saw one at my local B&M I knew I also had to get it! Then using a spare Qui-Gon body I have I was able to make my favorite Jedi of all time 😁

I also ended picked up Pong Krell while I was there as well. Ik he sucks & all that, but I got a soft spot for dual bladed lightsaber wielders & dual wielding them is just awesome lol. Either way now I have two new alien Jedi to add to my collection 😌

Recently picked up some Mandalorian battle packs (set 75267 + 75449) & decided to add the builds to my Mandalorians vs Imperial Commandos display πŸ™‚

Also for those who may be curious, this display now consists of 1x Paz Vizsla & Moff Gideon Battle (75386), 7x Ambush on Mandalore Battle Pack (75373), 1x Siege of Mandalore Battle Pack (75449), 1x Mandalorian Battle Pack (75267), & about a dozen extra pieces to make the main platform a bit bigger πŸ™‚

Does this Gar Saxon figures have a common problem with torso cracks?

So for a bit of context, I've started to collect a bunch of Mandalorian figures & decided to finally get this guy from my local Bricks & Minifigs. After getting home with him I realized he had a massive torso crack down the side (shown in 2nd pic). Luckily the B&M owner is a really nice guy & said since it wasn't in their broken figure section I could go back & replace it with a non cracked one. After I went back he started looking through the half dozen or so of them they had & almost all of them had cracks in the torso! But ig to wrap back to my initial question; does this figure have issues with the torso cracking or did my local store get an unlucky streak with the figures they had?

I was maybe thinking it happened due to the rapid weather changes in my state. I'm from WI & it's been bouncing between 70Β°F & below 32Β°F for at least a month or so. But since the store is definitely not built for those types of weather changes I was thinking that could have caused it? Ig what I'm getting at is maybe they weren't cracked when they originally put it in that case & something caused them to crack over time. Either way just my little thought/theory on things. But any answers would be appreciated πŸ™‚

Also I just want to add this little bit down at the bottom, but this is not meant to be anything negative towards my local B&M. Like I said, the owner is super nice & spent the time looking over every figure thoroughly with a flashlight to make sure I got one with no cracks. I appreciate them taking the time to do that & I definitely plan on stopping in again soon πŸ™‚
