Hi,im an asian male looking to get a rhinoplasty in a few months and trying to survey clinics for a rhinoplasty, i haven’t had any surgery and it would be my first. If possible i would like a clinic with a translator where i could communicate without a problem. Or should i go with a concierge. Any kind of tips would help and please do help me avoid red flags in clinics so that i can avoid it and narrow down my search.

My concerns are:
-Bulbous tip
-Less projected nose
