A complicated walkout we did last week. Lots of elevation changes, shelf and a bit of stacked work as well.
A large 9'-10"x10" wall with a walkout staircase and a 3'-10"x10" crawl space wall. 4 double rows #5 and #5 verticals at 24" on center. A bit of stacked wall for joist shelf for a slab to be poured against to protect the framing.
Seems like we have been getting nothing but 10' to 13' walls lately but here's a nice easy 8'-10" wall from last week with a few window wells. 12"x24" footing with 3#5 and a 10" wall with 3 double rows #4.
