Family trip, Daughter wants to snorkel , advice?

Hey all. So I looked around the sub and I see that the keys don’t have much “real” beaches. And there’s good activities but boats are required for a lot of it etc.

But, with that said we are planning a family vacation. And we’re split between the gulf coast. Or the keys.

We have never been to the keys, and I have only been to the gulf coast 1 time. My kids have never been to either.

My daughter wants to be able to snorkel and actually see cool things in the water. She’s also afraid of large waves. So I was considering this hotel/resort we found in marathon key, it faces the gulf side. And has its own tiny tiny private beach.

But, I am seeking advice from locals if this is a good idea to try out for the family trip. Or if we’re better off over on the gulf coast. We also are not looking to be at some crazy crowded beach, low key is more our vibe.

Will I need more equipment, or is what I piled up so far good enough?

Hey all. So I’m new to plowing with my own equipment. I’ve plowed the last few years helping my friend with his route, using his truck.

But now I have my own stuff to plow , I’ve got my driveway and I’ve got my workshops entire complex. I recently moved my workshop to a new location and worked out a good deal with the landlord on rent, but I’m responsible for snow removal for the entire property not just around my shop, but also around the 3 other buildings on the lot.

So I have to plow a lot, that’s essentially the size of a grocery store parking lot front and back , and then also the road coming into the complex which is probably 1/8-1/4 mile long.

I picked up a 2004 f-250 super duty with a myers plow on it. I also purchased a tailgate salter to add some weight on the back and also salt the lot after the storm

And I picked up a 1998 ford ranger with a small no-name plow on it

And I also have a project f150 5.4l 4x4 , that’s almost ready to run, will definitely be ready before snowfall. That truck also has a plow
Frame but no plow, looks like a western quick-mount style plow frame.

Should I buy a plow for the f150? Will I need a tractor of sorts? Or am I good with the 250 and ranger?

I’m located in NY state. Southern part of the state , not the city but not Canada either
