As I was playing Hugo in H0 this week, I realized that not only does he lack any dedicated buffs, but he's also frustrating to play because of enemies' high Daze values.

Because of that, I put together a list of Tactical Prism Program buffs for both him and Lycaon.

In simple terms, Hugo gains:

• Multiple Mini Totalizes gameplay
• Extended Mega Totalize gameplay
• Aftershock sub-DPS gameplay

And Lycaon gains:

• Generalist support gameplay
• Dedicated Totalize support gameplay
• Main DPS gameplay

Just throwing out some ideas on how I think he could be improved. One detail: it’s been a few patches since I last played the game, so I don’t really know much about Currency Wars or his buffs there.
