Pink Fruit Flies
One of my fruit flies has a few pink spots but they are thriving. Are they safe to feed my frogs?

Tadpole wiggle
So I recently acquired ranitomeya imitator varadero tadpoles. I did my usual set up with almond leaves and tadpole tea. I have a lot of experience with dendrobates but is my first time with ranitomeya. One of the tadpoles is moving a little different than usual. Instead of swimming regularly he wiggles around kinda curved up a little bit. He's been eating and growing and pooping but I just want some advice on that. Thanks!
