White powdered balls on my hedges
Does anyone know what these are? They’re very small, white, powdery when I wipe them away. I hosed down the hedges last night thinking that would wash them away, but there’s more today or the water didn’t work at all. We have a ton of house flies around, but these don’t look like little grains of rice like fly larvae
