Im nervous about taking pills
So, I have a few pills my doctor perscribed to me, not looking for medical advice on those or anything after all hes the one that went to med school he knows best, Im just nervous to take any kind of pills in general let that be vitamins, meds, diet supplements etc. How do I deal with this?
