I’m positive these are varicose or some at the start of along with spider veins ?? I think that’s what they’re called. I’m 26 and work in a healthcare job where I’m constantly on my feet 8 hrs a day. I also have very poor circulation but that has been since I was a kid. My feet and hands constantly get cold and sometimes my toes are purples and I bruise constantly. My mom’s is also the same but hers are much worse. Is there anything that I can do to help slow down the progression. I know seeing a specialist would be best but it’s not financially possible for me right now.
