hi yall! So i bought this on sale and was wondering if its okay? The bottom of the trunk is yellow and soft? and i was wondering if it’ll live or it’s done?

or did i kill it by taking it out of its dirt? :( i’m letting it dry out for a day and then will put it in some dirt

will it survive??? I got it a couple weeks ago and overwatered it.

I haven’t watered it in a bit but have left it in the sun.

it looks like it wants to flower but it’s dropped almost all its leaves. 🥲
