Hello everyone. I have gotten MULTIPLE parking tickets despite having a parking permit. I’ve appealed and they’ve been denied. I found out the error was that my tickets were scanning my license as O and my permit had a 0. I explained this to campus police but they said were barely help. Any suggestions since this has happened 5 times prior and I’ve paid them total even with contesting. At this point I’m tired and now I’ve gotten late fees on the ticket I recently got again. The fees are out of hand and it’s hard for me to pay as a student with a part-time. Any help is greatly appreciated!
