.. that you're going to end up "too thin" and "anorexic" when they weren't worried when you were super morbidly obese and likely to die of heart attack or get diabetes.

Luckily I know what this family member is like and laughed it off, I still love my food, just in acceptable portion sizes now, and less of the takeaways and more of the good stuff.

I'm not even down to a healthy BMI just yet.

Luckily my direct family are more than supportive.

I know it's because they've known me as obese for nearly 40 years, and it shocks them to see me lighter, but just keep your inside thoughts inside, I am a grown woman who can decide for herself where she needs to be.
