Hi everyone,

I got admitted to Hochschule Offenburg for MSc Communication and Media Engineering, and my enrollment deadline is May 20. I have also applied to:

• University of Freiburg – MSc Embedded Systems Engineering
• University of Bremen – MSc Space Sciences and Technologies

Their results are expected around the end of June.

I honestly want to wait for these results because they align more closely with my interests, but I’m worried that if I skip Offenburg enrollment now, I may lose my only confirmed admit.

At the same time, even if I get admits from Freiburg/Bremen, they will most likely be conditional admits.

My biggest confusion is:

1. Can I enroll at Offenburg now and later change universities if I get another admit?
2. What happens if I start my visa process using the Offenburg offer letter and later receive admission from Freiburg/Bremen?
3. Is changing universities after visa approval actually manageable, or does it become a very difficult bureaucratic process?

Would really appreciate advice from people who have actually faced a similar situation.
