Probably the issue came from one of my new friends. However, it is not typical. Usually Nintendo will monitor if a user gets in/out a group frequently. If you was in a group, this may happens, and sometimes it can't be resolved within a year. The customer service agreed to let my new friend get in but it can only happens once.
In conclusion: Don't drop off from a group in a year definitely. After one year, it still sometimes causes problem, but can be resolved by connecting customer service.
