I completely stuck at level 208 I can’t get past it and I don’t know why or what I need to do to get stronger. I work really hard to get more strength and add to my character and nothing seems to be working. What am I missing?

STOP Yelling at wheelchair users

Please stop yelling at handicap people that use wheelchairs when traveling on the street in Spokane and the Valley where there are no sidewalks. Or no sidewalks accessible to wheelchairs because some of you put your trash cans on sidewalks instead of on the curb in the street. It is the law that we travel in the street facing traffic. Please stop yelling at us that we’re going the wrong way. It is not the wrong way. It is the law for people on wheelchairs because too many of you hit us and we have no way of seeing what’s coming up behind us. I have been yelled at so much this week by ignorant people.

under Washington state law (RCW 46.61.250), you should travel facing traffic (on the left side of the roadway or shoulder) when sidewalks are unavailable or inaccessible.
Exact Rule for Pedestrians (Including Wheelchair Users)
• Wheelchair users count as pedestrians in WA law.
• If no usable sidewalk: Move on the left side (facing oncoming traffic) as far to the left as practicable.
• This allows you to see approaching vehicles from the front and react (move off the road if needed when meeting oncoming traffic).
• Exception: On certain one-way roads for emergency access, but not generally applicable here.
This differs from vehicles or bicyclists, who travel with the flow of traffic on the right. Pedestrian rules prioritize visibility of oncoming danger.
Your concern about not seeing what’s behind you is valid and common for wheelchair users. Traveling facing traffic addresses the bigger risk on shared roads: seeing and avoiding head-on situations. Rear-end risks still exist, but the law and safety guidance favor facing traffic for pedestrians
