Anyone know how much UK customs charge will be to get my 1tb seagate hard drive data recovered under warranty?

I'm really confused bc they said it has brokerage fees and vat on value of any replacements but I have no idea what that value is so can't calculate it. Anyone had experience with data recovery? How much did customs cost for you? Thanks

I can't get a job after 2000+ applications and am so depressed

*rant warning: I've been unemployed for 2 years now. (I do self employment a bit but Its so hard without stimulation and structure and so lonely, and I my parents live in the middle of the countryside so barely anyone to socialise with). I worked stupidly hard in school, got good grades, a degree, but can't get a job. Everytime I mention my disability after an offer they then reject me, when I don't mention it it disrupts the job application process so I end up having to say about it, or when I didn't mention it in seasonal jobs I've done It got really messy, and seasonal jobs often leads to being asked back the following season, but they ask everyone but me back after knowing I have narcolepsy, even though I picked up the slack for many of my coworkers.

I had 6 days of school a week in high school, Saturday being exam day. I studied non stop bc I had to and it was really depressing. I somehow got 5A*s4As in my gcses with narcolepsy even after sleeping in most of the exams. All to not be able to get a job. What does disability confident or reasonable adjustments even mean? It's all just an act to tick the ethical box. Ive applied to disability confident companies and ones which have disabled schemes but they never have openings for disabled schemes. Got to the final round of a dream job after 6 rounds, messed up the interview bc I couldn't wake myself up. Got another opportunity but I think they dismissed me bc I handed in my essay application quite close to the deadline but this is just how narcolepsy works especially when I'm off the ball. I've done volunteering but it's not fulfilling the lifestyle a job would have given me. I have career goals and aspirations too... *Had ... What do I even do with my life when I can't get a job.

How has life been for you since graduating University ?

I'll go first... I graduated 2 years ago with a BA in Marketing and have been unemployed since... Must have sent over 2000 applications. I've been doing some self employed work but I have Narcolepsy which makes it really hard.

I really did not think I'd still be living with my in my late 20s. But being unemployed in the countryside is making me really lonely and my mental health is bad. I feel so stuck. I don't know how to get out of this situation. I want to feel like I'm alive but every day is a repeat. Any advice I would really appreciate thanks 🥲🙏

How to function being self-employed?

I can't get a job but I find self employment so hard bc of lack of structure, community, motivation, external stimulation etc. Anyone here been able to do it successfully? It so, how? Do you have any tips? How do you stay awake and maintain structure/ motivation?

How to draw the line between self compassion and being too soft on myself?

As you'll probably understand, when I'm tired (99% of the time) I have zero motivation to do anything. The second I feel a hint of energy I have the motivation to get everything done. Last month, I messed up my job interview final round bc I couldn't wake myself up from my nap properly so had brain fog. I probably could have planned it better so I didn't nap right before it but I was trying so hard to cram my preparation in because I had been so sleepy that week. Tbh, I wasn't hard on myself bc I know how hard it is to be organised when tired all the time. Today I missed a tennis meet up, I had been excited to go all week but time came and I had zero motivation to get up to go bc I was so tired, it was at 7pm also. Everyone says just shift your mindset, but it takes energy to do that which I don't have 😭 pushing yourself to so things and shifting mindset is so easy when i have energy 😭 am I being too soft on myself? I don't want to miss out but I don't care about missing out when tired, I just don't know how to push myself more when I'm so tired.
