I failed the ARRT twice

I’ve failed the ARRT twice now. But unfortunately I didn’t know about the 3 year rule so I am outside the window. I heard if you get your bachelors even after graduating that you can skip ARRT and go sit for ARDMS. is this true? And other tips or routes would be appreciated. Feeling so defeated

Practice Exam question

I am studying for the ARRT. I’m using exam edge and some of the questions really make me unsure of myself.
For example. One of the questions is

The body of the pancreas is related anteriorly to which of the following?
A. Left lobe of the liver and Antrum of the stomach
B. Splenic vein, confluence, superior mesenteric artery, and splenic artery
C. Celiac trunk
D. Jejunum

Exam edge says the correct answer is A. And I’m just not understanding how. Please help. Am I just misunderstanding the question?
