I am a mbbs student in 3rd year , now I am planning to start preparation for upsc but I am in confusion where to start and what to read .

I have watched multiple video regarding the same but everyone's view regarding where to start is different

Now I am confused some teachers on yt suggest reading ncert from 6th to 12th, and some suggest 8th to 12th . And I am unaware of the resources and coaching which to join

Can someone plz tell me what to do now ???
