Humber vs Seneca Nursing Program, or can I switch later if TMU / Centennial offers?
Hi everyone,
I recently received offers for nursing from Humber and Seneca, and I am trying to decide which one would be the better choice.
My Humber program starts in September 2026, and I need to accept the offer by May 24. My Seneca program starts in January 2027, and the acceptance deadline is November 1.
I am also currently waitlisted for TMU, and my Centennial application is still under review.
I am thinking of accepting Humber now to keep a safe spot. But I have a question: if I later receive a better offer from TMU or Centennial, can I cancel/change my Humber acceptance and accept the new offer instead? Would there be any issue, or would I only lose the deposit?
For students who are currently in the nursing program or have graduated from Humber or Seneca:
Which school has a better nursing program overall?
How are the professors, clinical placements, workload, student support, and NCLEX preparation?
Is Humber or Seneca better for clinical experience and future nursing jobs?
Any honest feedback or advice would be really appreciated.
Thank you!
