Hit 120/120 payments…submitted my final form and waiting on the update that I’m officially done. My loans are with Mohela. Anyone have some estimates on timelines for when they’re approving forgiveness?

Two years ago, my wife and I filed our taxes as married filing separately so we could get a lower payment on my loans at the time. Looking back at my recertification form, I accidentally clicked "Single" (I think the online questions were confusing and I didn't know how they would show up on the form)--totally my fault. I didn't have to recertify since then so we filed married jointly last year. I was accepted into IBR in the fall and have been making payments for the past 10 months or so. Now, I'm at 120 payments and Student Aid initiated a recertification so I'm just now seeing the gap in my originally filing as "Single" instead of "Married Filing Separately" as I look over the forms. Any ideas/experience on how this will play out? Would there have been any difference in payment cost? Do they look at this when checking PSLF counts?
