The best thing to buy at the state street target is nothing because they never have anything you’re actually looking for no matter how many times you go. Headphones? Nahh. Index cards? Certainly not. Just empty shelves and unlimited boxes of Celsius.

I was walking around my buddies dorm late at night and saw a literal rat crawling down the stairwell. Is UW housing really this bad? Is anyone addressing this?
