I've always though about moving away, my family and friends said Germany is the best option because literally everyone from the Balkans moves to Germany or Austria. Im going to high school here next year and i want to go to university in usa. Because im still in Middle School ive got a lot of years ahead. So i should go to university in 2031. What are the best 4 year universities and how the heck am i going to pay the bill?
