Hi guys I'm going to Ukraine next week I'm pretty sure I am not going to pass the AZOV PT test I can only do like 30 push ups, 20 sit ups, 4 pull ups and the 3km run in 19 minute 😔, do you guys know any other infantry brigade with less demanding pt requirements for English speakers, I also speak Portuguese but I only heard bad things about south American brigades
