Applied to a lot of jobs but still no interviews, not sure what I am missing
I have been applying regularly for a while now and the response rate is still almost zero.
Most of the time I do not even get a rejection, just silence which makes it harder to understand what needs to change.
I have updated my resume multiple times, tried different formats, and even used tools like Kickresume and a few other CV builders just to see if something in the structure or wording was the issue.
What I noticed is that small changes in formatting and how experience is written can completely change how it performs in applications, even when the actual experience stays the same.
It still feels like there is something small I am missing that is making all the difference, whether that is ATS filtering, keyword alignment, or how the resume is being interpreted before a recruiter even sees it.
For people who were stuck at this same stage, what was the first real change that started getting you interviews again
