Hello, Wolvden community!

This is my 4th year hosting the Turning Moon fundraiser. I don't want to overwhelm with too much info, so I'll try to keep this post concise and easy to read.

What is the purpose of this fundraiser?

To raise currency to giveaway on January 1st! Any items contributed are also raffled off for 1 SC, 1 ticket per person at the end of December for a week that ends on the New Year.

25% of every sale I make is dedicated to the cause, so the pool will steadily grow throughout the months until 2027. No one is required to buy anything from me or contribute in any way to participate. All is welcome!

Well that's not good!

I JUST had Adonisstar (OG leader) relinquish her remaining 5 lives since she was starving to death, thinking she was making a notable sacrifice to save a random Clanmate from dying, and then Shellstar dies in the most dramatic way possible.

It is almost as tragic as watching an entire 2 other Clans go extinct within 5 moons due to Stolen Vitality's brutality when paired with 11 other cards.

• Cards -

1. Anything for The Throne - deputies = more likely to murder leader
2. Plague-ridden - disease and pest spread cannot be prevented
3. Stolen Vitality (THIS ONE HURTS A LOT AS EACH LEADER DEATH = RANDOM CLANMATE DIES. This one caused whole Clans to go extinct multiple times)
4. Easy Pickings - Smallest at higher risk of death
5. A Hostile Land - chance of multiple cats dying at once is higher
6. Radioactive - cats are more likely to experience genetic mutations, but are more vulnerable to illness
7. Lean Meat - all cats need to eat more prey to survive (I think it is double or one more the usual amount depending on rank? Not exactly sure) 
8. Clumsy Paws - skills and experience come slowly 
9. Survival of The Fittest - feeding order = locked at experienced first, feeding priority locked at hunters, selective manual feeding is disabled
10. Enmity - Clan relations locked to hostile
11. Kit Season - cats are more likely to have kits.
12. Neverending Frost - locked to leaf-bare

Half the time Fated Paths is unofficially played by as I let my Clans run themselves (role-wise and mate-wise) most of the time except for the occasional often small change for roleplay purposes, so a lot of the time my Clans don't even have a healer. Who tend to die a lot. 

I used to have the hostile one towards outsiders, but it sucks too much for the main Clan, so I put Kit Season instead as a lot of cats just die. 

This is paired with modded litters (bigger litters, but kits more likely to die), and mass extinction events is also enabled.

The sun is present, yet the cold doesn't relent. It has been many seasons ago since they had their last Newleaf. Their only respite now is the sunny days of Leaf-bare.

The prey runs, but the meat on their bones hardly feeds a kit... let alone a full-grown cat.

Outsiders keep their distance, and the Clans are never far from each other's throats. Any uneasy peace between them is laced with tension, a calm before the storm.

When a leader dies, StarClan is meant to revive and heal so the Clan could go on, as promised with their blessing of nine lives. Scorpionstar found out the hard way losing a few lives at once had a more dire consequence than they ever known before when a few Clanmates dropped like flies, dead where they stood upon Scorpionstar rising from the dead.

The feeling of safety and warmth they had known when StarClan watched over them vanished. Instead, a malevolent energy lingers in every shadow, waiting to drag the next unsuspecting cat down to the Dark Forest, dread and anxiety taking place where a sense of hope and purpose once resided.

FeatherClan, ForsakenClan, LilyClan, ToadClan. 4 Clans, 4 territories, one war. Who would prevail, and who would perish in this wasteland that once thrived to the brim with life, now overshadowed by darkness and despair?

Left to right, Scorpionstar, Mayflystar, Vulturestar, and Rattlesnakestar, leads their respective Clans in this dark time. Could they resist the influence of evil that lurks in their mist, or would StarClan lose control entirely?

And so, they set to their first year in the new age, forming uneasy alliances that could break like fragile glass with a single meow, jeer, or misplaced pawstep, and fighting wars that never seem to end.

Not sure how well story-writing content is taken here, but let me know if anyone is interested in reading more in the future on the four Clans!

After many hours, I've finally completed ~21 zois, my own OCs, to attempt to force them to live on the island away from human luxuries. Not quite sure how this is going to go. :) I am confident in them living there, not sure if I could force them not to runaway even with their schedules off, haha, but I'mma try something here.

Already have some bad tempers going with the random human who got stranded there and then having babies with one of the females.

Just need to fix up some wheels to add challenge and then I'll be excited to share more, if anyone wants to hear more!

Context: Garter murdered Talia for her house and kicked out her family.

Pumpkin's Confrontation:

Finally able to get away from her four babies for a short while (three toddlers and one newborn), her other young child, and her cheating husband, Pumpkin makes the trip from one side of the city to the opposite end to confront her younger brother, Garter, a few days after Talia's murder had been exposed, waiting for hours and having her texts and calls ignored by Garter until finally she marched in the house and found him watching TV without a care in the world. It wasn't something she looked forward to, but it couldn't be ignored any longer, and as the leader of the roost, it is her duty to address it, no matter the heartache it brings.

She intended to evict and exile him so Reese could have her home back and as a way to punish Garter, but Niwi, the 6th child in their family, defended Garter and warns that Pumpkin can't take them both on at once and reminds Pumpkin of her and Garter's spouses as well as the fact that Niwi is pregnant. Did she really want a problem right now? This forces Pumpkin to reconsider how she'll handle the situation for now. More than that, her heart is broken over the whole situation and before she leaves, she apologizes to Garter for the way things turned out and how she yelled at him, but doesn't leave without warning that she'll be back soon to discuss this situation once they cooled off, knowing if she kept going, things could quickly turn violent with the tensions so high.

On her way home, she stops by Reese's house (not shown due to photo limits) and tries to assure Reese the situation is being handled, but it is... Complicated. Reese is dismayed and voices her discontent, but Pumpkin can't bring herself to return to Garter's residence tonight.

Juan overhears their conversation, and enraged by the lack of justice, marches down to deal with Garter himself...

Juan fights Garter:

Juan forces his way into the house and finds Garter watching TV in one of the bedrooms, seemingly unbothered, and the usually passive Juan snaps and fights Garter then and there. Garter's wife (beautiful demon zoi taken from Canvas, created by Serotoniy!), witnesses the whole thing, but unlike Niwi, doesn't intervene, entertained more than anything. (Note: I did look at her emotions and she truly was NOT bothered, even amused watching her husband get his butt handed to him, lmao. Very in character!)

While Garter was finding his footing, Juan coldly tells him he could kill him if he wanted to, but he chooses not to as he is a much better man than he'll ever be. Tonight, he'll show the mercy Garter denied to Talia, but he best be watching his back from here on...

I had to roll my wheel of whether the victor would show mercy, kill the loser, or see if they have fought to the death, was very nervous as I love both these characters so much and was so relieved to see he rolled "Mercy". It is so in character for him as he truly is a pacifist, he just happened to snap tonight to hear his mother's killer had not been brought to justice yet... :,) this certainly dampened his respect for and hurt his trust in Pumpkin as well.

Talia and her wife, Reese, had lived in Cahaya since first coming to civilization as young adults alongside their then teen and adopted children; Janet, Troy, Eddie, and Juan.

They led a quiet life, their only issues within the family with occasional near marriage-ending disasters, but each challenge overcame blossoming deeper love in its wake. As they came into their middle-age with their adopted children who are now adults, or passed on in Janet's unfortunate case, and finding out about science allowing same-sex couples to have biological children, they sell their old home for half a million to Pumpkin and take Pumpkin's former residence for a total 1mil+ in value. Once settled, they have four total babies; Sprout, (and I'mma be honest, I named them and still totally forgot the other's names, lol).

It was a worthy investment for their growing family, and they settled in nicely.

And then seasons later, came Garter...

Garter had been eying up the residence since he was an adolescent when his mother and father originally moved to their current home, and every day when he went to school, he imagined he and his own family would one day live in such a beautiful home.

Now as an young adult with his own wife and kids, and his beloved sister having her own husband and a kid on the way, he hoped to convince Talia and Reese to trade homes, along with money offered, of course.

But despite his best efforts to convince Talia, Reese absent at the time, to start considering giving up her house, her firm decision on keeping it did not settle well with Garter, and further convincing wasn't working, and so in the heat of the moment, Garter knew they'll have no choice if he won a battle against them.

...and promptly, he got his tail handed to him by Talia, however Garter wasn't done, and enraged, he made sure victory was his. Once Talia fell, he made sure to let Reese know if she didn't want her and her children to face a similar fate, she'll pack up and leave now.

And so she did, and Garter promptly moved his own family in, gaining a luxurious home, but also an entire family of enemies in the process and side-eyes from the rest of the village.

Pumpkin, leader of the village, is busy with her 3 toddlers and another bab on the way, but she'll soon have to pay Garter another visit...

Saw this human, Nur, in my sole human household had a big crush on Grady, one of the chiros, but chiros don't like mixing with humans.

as seen as Nur made this huge trip across the map to the other island and gives a bouquet of roses to Grady before confessing, and he immediately throws it away... D:

Jill and Juan had been highschool sweethearts and are still mutual crushes to this day as they close in on adulthood (on long lifespan, so this has been going for many days), despite the fact they never moved into anything serious since their school days.

They love to playfully flirt and hang out, but Juan says time and again he doesn't want to take the relationship to the next level, on his own autonomously and even when asked (by my direction) when Jill occasionally works up the courage to ask for more.

I decided to help a girlie out on this very rare occasion I check in with her family and encouraged her to go all in, and her advances had been received very well, even moving into sweetheart territory without making it official.

Alas, he rejects her yet again, leaving the girl heartbroken, but she still very much is into him from her side. I forgot to check Juan's side of things, but previously he had been on the same page in terms of how much they liked one another.

Though, RIGHT AFTER the rejection of becoming official, he invites her into a dance, so maybe not all is dead there... I don't like micromanaging my fams too much as I like them to write their own stories as much as possible, so I'll leave them to figure their own way out.

Very sad indeed, but hey, her middle-aged older brother found love in the mean time, so their family isn't all broken in terms of romance. (final four pictures) The girl is taken from Canvas, not one of my own, and could be found here: blue demon babe

She didn't come with her horns for me when I downloaded due to a bug that was recently fixed and had to slightly alter her outfit for Cahaya's hot weather, but otherwise looks as she had been originally made. :)

...and then as I am praising him for being a good little brother, another urge to start somethin' with Near popped up AGAIN... I was glad he put himself in the timeout tent on his own accord to think, but he still went for it.

There goes my pride in a happy bat roost.

Pumpkin, being the thread that connects the whole family together despite all their flaws, hosts a monthly family reunion to check in and reconnect. It was going well until the end when Garter gets into it with the eldest, Near, for the thrill of it and to establish power dynamics in their shared home.

Now that he is seeking more power and influence, it only made sense to attempt to make a statement in front of everybody. When Near retaliated however, he goes too far and punches her just as Pumpkin came into the scene.

Pumpkin and Near had their moments growing up, but they've grown close since then, and even if not so, witnessing her sister get punched like that set off a quiet rage within her. As soon as he realized what he done, Garter ran off to go home, but Pumpkin isn't far behind, and even gets ahead of Garter long enough to meet his two newborns born only that early morning.

When Garter finally arrived, he stood in the door for a long moment before trying to hurry off, but Pumpkin wasn't having any of that and confronted him outside the house about his transgression. Pumpkin's duties as the new reigning ruler after Eden and Slytherin passed on had been pretty tame and even fun thus far, but now duty called, starting right in the family, and she knew she had to seize control of the situation before things went further awry.

She did her best to reason with him in a composed but firm manner, but this proves in vain when Garter simply brushes her off and talks back, and Pumpkin eventually reached her limits and yells at her younger brother, escalating into an intense debate and verbal war as she tells him off, then takes her leave to cool off.

She is the daughter of a couple demons (the man in this photo is her father, the woman is not), so I suppose that'll explain it...

So my save likes to fib about my houses being on fire as of 90 days of "haha, jk, but I'll annoy you with a notification anyway", a phenomenon that had slowly spread house-to-house, yet never a fire to confront.

WELL, finally, just as I was about to completely ignore yet another "your house is on fire, GET OUT NOW!!!", I happened to switch to Celine to see the TV is in fact on fire. Got some badass photos of this demon momma and her daughter, too. (their eyes actually look so sick in the smoke!!)

The firefighters showed up finally, but Celine already bravely cast away the flames.

...and then right after all fire was out, I get another "your house is on fire!!!" notif. No fire. I think. I hope, cause I already switched to play another fam for a bit.

It had been a very long journey, playing on longest lifespan since Eden was just a teen, and now, she had at last ascended to something beyond the world we know. :')

When she had to go to jail for life, I was worried Eden would never complete her lifelong ambition of taking over Cahaya and being the supreme ruler, but by damn she managed to do it. One night and running out of power to maintain her human facade, she transformed and revealed her true nature as a chiropteran (bat person, could not be properly shown off yet so I make due with the cc I do got), and so beat up the warden and flew along her merry way after blowing up the jail, killing everybody inside. Except for Levi, he had went out for one reason or another.

Since then, she ruled night and day, preparing Pumpkin to take rule when she and her husband passes on.

But now with our matriarch dead, power struggles amongst the family arise (and potentially among other daring chiros living around the city who may challenge the main fam). Niwi, sensing her father's weakness, starts the first steps with a scuffle one night, acting on an urge she got. (seen in final picture) Furthermore, she has completed her fitness skill with her brother still a level behind, which may prove interesting if they had been rivals, but they still remain very loving, surprisingly... : )

Hello, just wanted to show off some of my fave pics taken lately! At first I wasn't a big picture-taking person, but after a while, I wanted something to remind of all the moments my little family and their friends, and rivals, create.

1. Tasya and Pumpkin; this picture was taken the first time I realized Tasya grew up with remarkably different eyes compared to her very human family, despite having brown eyes before. I still ponder what power she may hold, and whether she'll be friend or foe to my main fam...
2. Eden with her final two babies, Eris (black and orange bed) and Far (normal bed), playing a tune.
3. Eden finding time for herself. Life's a ruckus when you have 8 children and rule the city.
4. Laura (this zoi was taken from Canvas under the demon tag! If anyone wants a direct link to her or name to her creator, lemme know and I'll search through my likes to find her. She does not come with the hat tho) and Wilderen on a date!
5. Slytherin taking a well-deserved break. Like his wife, he needs time to decompress after work. What a better way to do that than through music?
6. Slytherin and young Niwi, a bossy little girl with ambition in her heart to follow in her mother's footsteps.

So many stories going on in this save at the same time. I love it and look forward to what the future holds!

Eden had went through many trials throughout her time in this world, and now in her final chapter of life, she is finally awakened into her true form (mostly-ish, still a lot of bat content not here for a full chiropteran, aka a bat person), had seized the lands after breaking out of her lifetime imprisonment and then the seal between the human world and supernatural realm also broken, which allowed majority of the island and land to be taken over by the supernatural, most of which are demons. (Found lots of beautiful demons and other critters on canvas for that! Thank you to so many amazing creators for your builds, mods, and zois alike <3 if anyone sees anything they would like a link and name to, ask in the comments and I'll let you know when I can!)

With the humans outnumbered, the legal system could no longer hold dear Eden, and as she reaches her golden years and her last days, she is free to rule with an iron fist as she was always meant to be.

She had brought into this world a total of 8 children, the final two being a surprise in my absence. Near, Pumpkin, Snake, Wilderen, Garter, Niwi, Eris, and Far.

The children's plot-lines:

Near took over the original house and adopted a few human children (ahem, servants) to assist in doing their bidding, living with Wilderen and Snake. She is content to live life on the edge, not finding interest in any particular person at this stage of her life, though she has flirted with a few girlies here and there. She did not once seek the throne, wanting to live a life of excitement unrestrained by her duties, so was content to let her younger sister, who is considerably more responsible, to step up without fight.

Pumpkin and her human (ex-)mate also give Eden and Slytherin their first grandchild, Eclipse, although a half-blood, before Pumpkin ran off to be with her fated mate, Orlando Marty, unaware he had a baby momma on the side. Would they be sincere now they are married, or would he break her heart? Pumpkin is lined up to take up rule after Eden and Slytherin passes away, securing their control over this once human world.

Snake had found a lovely mate in Pamela, a roostmate, but alas, she would break his heart with a human and a fellow chiro at the same time in one night, and now he is lost, trying to find his place in this world as he navigates his introverted nature while longing for friendship and popularity.

Wilderen on the other hand has secured a few sweethearts behind each of their backs; it didn't matter, human, chiro, his only goal is drama rather than finding his one true love, and is my first teen to complete one of the new aspirations for kiddos.

Garter and Niwi both start showing signs of ambition for the throne, and remain close even as they rival with one another for mother's attention. Garter starts thinking about love while he learns a variety of skills, while Niwi focuses on her strength, wanting to be a force to be reckoned with so when one day if she challenges for the throne, she'll be ready. My extroverted and introverted malicious children, they focus their attentions on something smaller first; making a name for themselves in the school system, Garter going as far as challenging Wilderen's status on multiple occasions.

And finally, the twins, Eris and Far. Eris, with her leader trait and Far with her authoritarian trait may prove complicated times to come once they are old enough. One baby is a fussy mess while the other is an angel as well which I find interesting, but I forget who has which baby traits. (the new baby traits, love to see it!)

There is so much going on in my save that I can't say it all here or this would be superrrrr long, but ahhh, so excited to play more. If anybody wants to hear more, I would love to talk your ear off. Or write your eyes out??? idk. I have soooo many pictures!

I'm still surprised Pumpkin wanted to dip on her mate to marry Orlando (she got the urge even tho they were only mutual crushes, which I did not push her toward), a demon, but I suppose it makes sense as although her and Aldo's relationship were lovey-dovey on the surface, they didn't want to marry (and yeah, I attempted a few times). Pumpkin had, let's be honest, partnered the human boy only for his money (500k and growing due to the family publishing 100s of books after I realized they had huge inventories of it), even if she did care for him. She cared more as a friend more than a mate, and I think he saw that she wasn't really happy with him.

Eden breaking through the wall to sleep next to the pool. She has ideas.

So glad to see the eldest child age into young adulthood, finally! Sent her to celebrate her birthday, however briefly, in prison with her mom, the first time she has been able to visit properly since Eden had been jailed in Irongate for her crimes.

Eden did the honor of making the cake, and I was thinking of Near giving Eden a parting gift, eying the pickaxes she had in her inventory, and then I realized the designated warden for the jail was RIGHT there. Whoops. Better not do that.

9: Pumpkin is reminded of the responsibility she would soon need to take on as the most level-headed, promising child. Eden heightens the importance of guiding her siblings, even if Pumpkin can't get along with them all, and to continue to hold influence on Cahaya.

10: Eden and Wilderen, her fourth child.

Little Garter (named after the snake) just grew up into a child and I forgot to assign him a bed, but after seeing this I like to think he got scared of the monster he just dreamed about and ran off to hide with his exhausted, low social battery and stressed Dad.

I rarely d'aww, but this caught me off-guard. I like to think Garter usually acts so tough, but he is just a kid at the end of the day, and he loves his father and mother, even if he can't see his mom often anymore.

Practicing some prison gameplay to figure out how I'll manage the group and their daily routines, coordinate possible jobs, and quickly realized I better turn off family schedules from being generated, or they'll start starving due to not being allowed to exit the property due to locked doors and being stuck in a loop trying to go to a forbidden location.

Eden is already making an ally, and possibly enemies, though she hasn't been more hostile towards anyone specific beyond her usual self.

So close to a life of luxury... and now this is the best she is going to get.

Backstory:

>!My zoi got sued for 10 million, first sued for money by the resort she robbed yet again after being caught, and then by the city after all her crimes caught up to her including murder of a police officer and a civilian, assault, mischief and mayhem, theft both petty and grand, investment fraud and other forms of scamming, harassment, stalking, and suspected murder of multiple families including a child via poisoned donuts and possible attempted insurance fraud involving adopted and allegedly neglected children... Her family was put in shambles for money and she herself was taken to prison again... but for good with no chance of parole. While her family is likely to be working off their debt for generations, and as she reaches her middle-age (on longest lifespan), she will be locked up until death.!<

>!10 million in debt and taken from her home, I needed a place to put her, and unless I suck at searching, I couldn't find any jails or prisons on Canvas at all, so I built one to fit my needs. Which I hated as I am horrible at building, but I'm actually kind of impressed with the results. !<

The prison includes:

*4 watchtowers. I couldn't for the life of me figure out ladders and stairs are annoying, so these are decorative for now.

*Waiting room

*Visitor rooms for loved ones to communicate with the inmate over phone and see each other through the window. I have had instances where zois talked through windows on unintended occasions, so these are possibly usable as well.

*Kiosks for commissions for inmates to get necessities, snacks, and certain wants.

*2 Telephone booths for the occasional call

* A cafeteria. Inmates may have jobs to cook for the whole prison if permitted, or cafeteria staff could serve the inmates.

*Communal showers, bathroom, and laundry area. Inmates will be expected to clean their spaces, themselves, and their clothes! I also recommend to have the shoes indoors setting set to enabled, and make sure your zois could shower with shoes, as that is icky if you don't.

*Small outside area + fitness stuff to stay in shape after all that slop.

*Office and entertainment area for on-duty officers and the warden.

*Observation room. Officers and the warden could observe the inmates from behind a shield of glass if they like. Books have been provided, but they aren't actually allowed to read them while on watch.

* Cells; 4 have 1 bed and 2 have 2 beds in a shared cubicle. Each cell has a toilet and sink.

*If the inmates have been good, they could be rewarded with TV time, could play cards at the table (when/if possible), chess, do art, and have spaces to talk and read. After all, inmates are human too, and they deserve to not be driven crazy by a lack of entertainment. Just don't look too closely at the lights.

That said, if someone starts some bull, they could be locked up in their cells, and the troublemakers could be put in isolation.

*The hole; there are 4 beds reserved for isolation. Troublesome inmates, or those who got caught up in something not even their fault, are to be locked up alone in these rooms and are only permitted a book or magazine during this time. A officer will bring food and water at designated times.

Let me know what you guys think!

I highly recommend playing with the 14 household mod for space to handle inmates + the staff. Unfortunately locking doors is very annoying right now, so you could deal with that as you feel. You can have lock permissions specific to each zoi I believe, as long as you don't use one zoi for too many doors. I recommend keeping the warden at the residence and using them as the primary door permission person, and rotate the other staff for day and night shifts. Also use the addmoney cheat to pay them/their families. Or don't, up to you.

Recommended simplified:

*Indoor shoes enabled

*14 household mod

*Bathing suit mod (maybe?) for showers just in case you can't make them wear slippers vanilla
