• At least 6 months of Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience

Technical Support Representative (US Account)

• At least 1 year of Technical Support Representative (TSR) experience

Portuguese Customer Service Representative

• At least 6 months of relevant customer service experience
• Portuguese language proficiency required
