Winny the crab is dead/dying

Owner stating that it has nothing to do with her husbandry. Experienced crab keepers tried to tell her but that woman is a lesson in willful ignorance. Anyway the pros who predicted her death were right on the nose. I’m sure the shell rot she arrived with contribute, but…

Thoughts on my thyroid ultrasound?

"I am not asking for medical advice."

I just received my thyroid ultrasound results now and I haven’t the faintest idea what any of it means. I have an appointment with my doctor in four days to go over it all, but I would appreciate it enormously if someone knowledgeable could decode this all for me here. What does this all translate into?

if it looks like possible bad news it’s totally fine to suggest that I just wait until I see my doctor. I totally get that it’s better to receive bad news in person from someone I have a good rapport with rather than online from a stranger. That said, I figure it can’t be too bad since she isn’t hammering me with calls and seems content to wait for our appointment.

Thanks! Wall of text incoming.

I saw Sunrise in an early screening yesterday. No spoilers.

I am under a NDA and can’t disclose much, but I can say this: It was dark (not visually dark, emotionally dark.) Audience cheered and clapped at multiple points. (Audience was made up of HG fans hand-chosen to review the film.)

I took my HG-loving 13 year old who was in tears at the end. She hasn’t stopped talking about the film since.

Some excellent development for some of the more minor characters from the OG trilogy. Mags really have my heart now.

Some scenes were soul-crushingly sad. I felt emotionally exhausted by the time the credits rolled.

Probably the best film in the series next to the OG trilogy.

Bring tissues and steel yourself for a rough time. A GOOD time, but still a rough time. They do not pull punches with what Haymitch went through.
