Shingles vaccine?

I’m 10 months in on rinvoq now and I didn’t get told about the shingles vaccine before starting rinvoq, I got told around novemeber that I will be getting it and on the day of app they rang and cancelled because not enough supplies.

Should I chase them up about it? I’m reading a few things about needing it whilst on rinvoq but just wondering why they never gave another app or even pushing me to get it at the gp

The closer i’m getting to remission i’m having a problem with bladder, I only drink 2L or under a day because of it. I’m going to ring the gp tomorrow about it but it’s just annoying 😅 I had a problem peeing whilst in a long flare an rarely went toilet just for that but now it seems its alls I do, i’d go then not even 10-20 min later i’d need to go again but just holding most the time now

Intolorence test or stopped meds?

I’ve been struggling with morning urgency then going every 20-30 min from 6am until around 9am, I’ve been on mesalazine suppositories & 2.4g pills daily but never took any for the first time sunday night and when I woke up yesterday morning I had 0 urgency and went only 3 times the whole day. I spoke to my Gi about it and she said possible that it’s mesalzine doing it so I got an intolorence test done see if any foods damaging me and quite a few came up but mainly orange & milk chocolate was a stand out as I have both everyday, I stopped them and woke up today even better again.

Could I possibly have an intolorence to mesalzine and if anyone else had same issue what symptoms was you getting when taking it.

Suppositories

Anyone either came off rectal meds or maybe tapered down to 2-3 a week whilst not flaring? I’m not in remission but all tests results are lowering each time now, my only symptoms are gassy feeling mostly and morning clusters 3-5 times in space of 2 hours every morning.

I think the salofalk suppositories are making my symptoms worse as i’m taking them every night, i’m getting urgency every morning off them

Mesalamine?

Anyone who’s on rinvoq did you stop taking mesalamine? I’ve been on rinvoq now 10 months and feel great off it but still got gassy feeling most the time like something always lingering, i’ve seen on the sub people say mesalamine could do that aswell as loose stools.

Could it be mesalamine which is doing that? I’m on 2.4g salofalk pills daily and I know it’s normal to see the cracks of the pills in stool but it’s everytime.

How long does it typically take to digest food? I had fries on sunday which usually are a trigger but i’m not in a full flare anymore so I tried them an felt ok even the next day but today i’ve woken up in real pain with multiple bathroom trips already and urgency. I am seeing what looks like bits of fries believe or not so thinking could it possibly be from sunday is that possible?

Sorry if it sounds like a stupid question just because when flaring it was just going right through me but I eat really healthy yesterday so surely couldnt be from yesterday.

Any snack options? I’ve stopped eating chocolate & sweets as I was eating them in high amounts and I know it was making my symptoms worse, I struggle really bad with cravings so what options could I replace them with? I’m not in a major flare but not in remission either
