Looking for advice on if this counts as normal wear and tear [Philadelphia, PA]
I’m about to move out of my apartment and I wanted to get some advice on if/how much the dents in the flooring will affect my security deposit. I’ve lived here for one year and took over the lease from my current roommate’s previous roommate. The flooring seems like it is some kind of vinyl and has various dents from furniture like the bed and couch. I’m just trying to gauge if I’ll be getting anything back or if the landlord is going to charge me more.
The apartment is new construction within the last 5-6 years and is primarily student housing. The flooring has not been replaced during that time and there has generally been new tenants moving in every year.
