Pizza dough

Hi bakers, I am new to working with pizza dough (and doughs in general) and am trying to do it for the first time. I don’t have an electric mixer (and cannot get one any time soon) so must knead by hand.

I knew the dough would start out a bit sticky and I thought that kneading would help as the gluten developed. I kneaded vigorously for 20 minutes but the entire time, every time I touched the dough I would get doughy film on my hands that turned crusty within 10-20 seconds. If I didn’t wash it off it would go back into the dough in tiny crusty little bits. I tried both needing with completely dry hands and with slightly damp hands, and neither fixed the problem. I added a tiny bit more flour after kneading for 15 minutes and this still didn’t help.

After kneading for the 20 minutes and still not passing the windowpane test I just gave up and am letting it proof and will see how it turns out.

Am I doing something wrong that’s causing the doughy film on my hands and what’s the best way to prevent it? Why after that long kneading would it still have been happening?

ETA- thank you everyone for the answers (sit down restaurant/Rapunzel's lunch)! We never did a sit-down lunch (only Cabanas) so that's why we were unfamiliar.

Hi all, my husband and I just got off a four night family/group cruise on the Magic (and it was amazing!). I took photos of the food and menus to show some people who are interested in a Disney Cruise but have never been on one.

During the cruise, I took a screen video of a menu in the Navigator App, but I didn't get the name/location at the top and now we have no idea what this menu is! We didn't see any of these things on a real/physical menu during our cruise. Could I have missed an opportunity for a warm cherry crepes dessert which is on this menu?!

It's definitely not room service, and we've ruled out the three rotational dining restaurants (Rapunzel's, Animator's Palate, Lumiere's, and the Pirate Night menu). We don't think it's Palo either because it's not Italian (there's all sorts of foods) and there's a kids menu. This doesn't seem to be related to Cabanas and we can't tie this nice food to any of the fast service places.

I've attached screenshots. I didn't get 100% of it but I got most major sections.

Does anyone know what this menu is?? We're driving ourselves crazy, haha. Thanks in advance.
