What’s the usual time table? 1-3 weeks? A month? I know scores come out on Wednesdays

Recently started my TY and am taking Step 3 in a few weeks. I was wondering what the best resource/textbook is to start studying PM&R the rest of the academic year to be more prepared for PGY2. Also any recommendations for anatomy. Thank you!!
