Just finished my third dose of miso. I noticed something yellow on pads. Very visible siya even though it’s full of blood. Is this normal po ba? Please help me confirm po.

Is it a good sign? Just took my first dose(4 pill) of miso a while ago and I’m bleeding lightly. But the cramp is so bad like it’s going to expel something. I’m hoping this is a good sign that this is going to be successful.
