Hotel in Tucson, Arizona. Sadly completely wired and fully intact but not functional.
Nonworking payphone somewhere along I 10 in West Texas.
Background: Originally site contained an S6000A (13 years old), replaced with a S6000H.
Array: Two arrays, each with 10 optimizers, each array has home runs directly to the inverter.
Tests performed: No strings connected (at inverter), error does not appear. String 1 only, error 18xBC appears (after complete reboot). String 2 only, error 18xBC appears (after complete reboot).
Additional information: During testing each string, I've done a rediscover of the optimizers and each time it finds all 10 on each string without issue. I have installer access using the SolarEdge Go app. The 18xBC error occurs after the inverter boots up, runs the string up to about 380v, then ramps it back down to around 18v - it seems to constantly do this

Has anyone had a case where a contact in ZOHO Desk does not replicate over to ZOHO CRM when full two way sync is setup?
Yes, I have attempted to work with ZOHO directly, as is common now, each support person just asks for the same information, which we send over and over and they don't read it.
We use ZOHO Desk and have a sales@company.com email that comes to a specific ZOHO Desk mailbox. In that mailbox we have a forward setup and approved:
You'll notice that there is not a "filter" icon next to the email sales@ with the red arrow, this is because we can't find (nor input) the sales@ address in the filter section of email:
Does anyone know why sales@ doesn't appear (and CANNOT be typed in) the dropdown?
On a side note, as a customer that has been on ZOHO one for more than 7 years and generally been a big fan of ZOHO, support (support@zohomail.com) has been absolutely useless. You can't call in - I know, I've tried 10 times and then it hangs up on you after a period on hold and email responses that are canned and don't even view the provided resources (video, screenshots) and instead provide a lazy and canned response. Look ZOHO, I might contact you folks every 2-3 years and when I do, it is a REAL problem I can't solve myself and I've actually googled, AI'ed and searched it as much as a person with 25 years of IT skills can do.
