SRS experiences in MK Velsen vs GenderClinic?
Hi everyone, I had some questions about what peoples experiences have been at either of these 2 clinics. I need to make a choice on where to proceed with my vaginoplasty but I have heard/ read some conflicting information about both clinics.
Some background, I have been on E for over 2 years and due to some (seriously crappy) miscommunication with PsyTrans and UMCG the 1,5yr waitlist for surgery doubled and waiting for that just is not an option for me anymore.
I've heard that Dr. Kanhai is a very good surgeon (despite his directness) but the idea of having to recover at home scares me.
On the otherhand, I have not been able to find much information about surgery with the GenderClinic but I see over and over issues with staff communication, misgendering etc.
