I ordered the 1979 “Book of Common Prayer Deluxe Personal Edition: Black Bonded Leather” from Amazon but I’m not sure I received the right product. For one, the material feels a lot cheaper than my other leather BCPs/Bibles; much like how “imitation leather” feels. Secondly, the inside flap on the pictures in the amazon review looks different than the one I got. In the reviews it says “genuine bonded leather” in gold whereas mine says nothing. I wonder if they sent me the “Economy Edition” on accident? Although the wrapping/packaging says “deluxe personal” so I’m not sure. Can’t find YT reviews to compare. Has anyone here bought this product? If so, does this look correct to you?
