Two questions after clearing first floor (remake)
Hi,
I've just cleared the first floor and I have two questions.
I expected System Shock to be an immersive sim like Deus Ex (same game designer) and Dishonored, but it does not seem I have that flexibility. I mean, in Deus Ex (and Dishonored) I have a goal which I can achieve in multiple ways, depending on how I developed my skills and depending on how I prefer (hacking, killig, stealth, etc.). In System Shock I seem to have just one thing to do (go on the elevator) and that's it. Is that correct? I mean, in this first floor I went ahead, then when my health was low I came back to the "restoring bad" and then went ahead again and repeat. Am I doing something wrong?
I destroyed all the cams and CPU nodes bringing the security to 0%. Does it change anything? Is it necessary to do this in every floor to unlock the elevator? I used the elevator after doing the 0% security so I don't know whether it's necessary or not.
