I need help

I’ll start off the post by saying I’ve only really had my CC1 for about a month and this is the first issue I’ve ran into. It’s an awesome printer for the price point and I love the wireless connectivity. It offers which allows me to use it and expand into a managed printer farm with my raspberry pi 5 (later on if I’m still as interested in local small “manufacturing”)

2 nights ago, I printed a 16h+ TPU print that was flawless. At the end of the print, I tried swapping filament too PLA so the printer did it thing and cut the TPU then let me pull out the little that was in the line. From there, I took Black PLA and tried putting that into the printer heard a ticking noise along with the printer, failing to catch and pull the filament. I took apart the extruder head, inspected the extruder gears and path, checked for head blockage and put it back together without finding an issue. Once I put it together again, I tried putting in the filament again and it worked. Now that I’m trying to swap colors, I’m having an issue taking the filament out.

If anyone has had this problem or knows a potential fix (that doesn’t result in me buying a different printer), please help the community and drop a little bit of experience or knowledge
