Hello po hingi lang po sana ako tips especially po sa mga nasa Construction VA. I'm planning po to apply as a civil estimator though wala po ako masyado experience as a QS dahil site engineer po ako sa previous work ko and ngayon po, napunta ako sa property management as my present job. Any tips po para makapag upskill ng mabilis and ma-pursue po ang line of work na ganito. Meron din po ba mga trainings sa mga company or rekta sabak na po agad if ma-hire ng chambahan.
