Would anyone be willing to review my resume? Tear it to shreds if needed; I would like to make this as strong as possible. Is it missing anything? Is there too much information? Should I add my shadowing, references, or the number of hours? Anything helps. Thanks! (I added future dates as I am applying next cycle)
