Do you guys actually tell your doctors when you switch to the grey market or is it better to keep it to yourself?

So my regular doctor actually started me on a compounded glp from a telehealth place a few months back. It was working fine, but it just got way too expensive for me to keep up with, so I decided to switch to the grey route. Now I am just wondering if it is a smart idea to tell my doctor about it. I know they cannot give me official advice on it or anything like that, but is it even worth bringing up at my next appointment? Or should I just keep it to myself?

My brain is totally ruined because of MDMA usage to the point where I'm having issues with depression, sleep, and memory. I would really appreciate any nootropic suggestions for this

I am dealing with some serious issues after using MDMA, and it feels like my brain is totally ruined at this point. I am constantly struggling with deep depression, terrible sleep, and a memory that is completely shot.

I never feel rested, and trying to remember basic things or learn anything new is a massive chore.

I really want to try the nootropic route before I give up and go to a doctor for permanent prescriptions. I am looking for anything that actually helps repair serotonin or dopamine damage, improves sleep quality, or helps with neuroplasticity.

Has anyone actually managed to bounce back from this? I would really appreciate any solid nootropic suggestions or stacks that worked for your memory and mood.

My husband thinks a glp1 is the easy way out. How do I convince him otherwise?

How do you convince your husband to be okay with you starting a GLP-1? Mine thinks it is the easy way out and that I am just not trying hard enough to lose weight the natural way. Does anyone have some helpful statistics or facts I can use to show him?

Why do people who hate on GLP1s assume we’re just lazy?

It is incredibly frustrating how mentioning you take mounjaro automatically makes people think you just sit around waiting to get thin.

I am taking 10mg a week right now. i also lift weights four days a week, walk every single day, track my protein closely, and make sure i get enough sleep. the shot does not go to the gym for me. it just makes the actual work i put in finally show up on the scale. people love to hit you with the line about not wanting to put in the effort, completely ignoring that you can use a medication and still work hard at the same time.

Did your workout habits actually change when you started your prescription? did you start doing more or just keep your normal routine? i just do not understand why people act like taking a medication means you gave up on diet and exercise entirely.

Is there any sarm, peptide, or even steroids that makes you feel invincible and confident especially around women?

I am trying to figure out the absolute best stack for pure mental euphoria and confidence. I am talking about the kind of manic energy where you just feel completely untouchable and motivated all day long.

Whether it is steroids, sarms, peptides, or whatever else you guys are running, I want to know what actually delivers on the mental side. What is the best combination you have personally run or researched that gives you that massive mental boost?

It really feels like insurance companies are denying GLP-1s because they are scared of losing money on other pills

I just switched to Molina and they completely denied my prescription for Zepbound. I was already taking it for a preexisting condition before the insurance change. You are supposed to taper off this medication slowly over six to nine months, but they just cut it off immediately. I do not get why they are denying it when I was already on a set protocol with my doctor.

It really feels like they just do not want to pay for preexisting conditions or follow the actual rules for coming off a GLP-1. I am starting to think insurance companies are getting nervous about how well these meds work. If people actually lose weight and get healthy, they will not need to buy all the other medications they cover. It seems like it all just comes down to them protecting their profits instead of helping people.

I’ve been reading about the new trials and it’s crazy how much better the results are looking compared to zepbound or ozempic. It seems like lilly is putting all their money into this new stuff now. Do you guys think it’s actually going to work out for them or is the market already too crowded? i'm just wondering if people will actually want to switch if it’s even more powerful or if the side effects are gonna be too much for it to be the new main drug.
