My headcanon is that Janna immigrated from the Philippines when she was little and grew up in Echo Creek. After Cleaved, I like to think she finally goes back to visit her family and reconnect with her roots. She’d probably never admit it out loud… but I think she’d end up loving every second of it. ^^
