Guitar teacher for heavy music/mostly metal

Looking to start taking guitar, bass, and making music in general more seriously. I'm amateur at guitar, not a total beginner but pretty novice.

I like metal, specifically black, doom, death, sludge, heavy - not really interested in modern metalcore, deathcore, or djent. Richmond's own Death Eternal is one of my favorite labels for example. So a teacher familiar with that would be ideal as I'd love to learn about gear and tone in addition to technique and theory. Love many other kinds of music too :)

Anyone recognize this structure and know if it used to be a road?

This is a longshot, but I stumbled across this cool looking concrete structure that goes over a creek and am wondering if it perhaps used to support a road?

It's out in relatively hard to reach woods...don't want to share too much more, I think it's technically on private property, just hoping someone else might be familiar with this location and its history (and perhaps anything about the area it's in - who maintains the trail, if anyone?)
