I picked up this mid century sowing box for my fiancé as a Christmas present, and i was hoping to give it a bit of love.
While I could sand it all back that feels like the wrong move as it would lose some of its charm.
I’m a complete novice at this, I’ve not done any wood working since school
There are also some chunks missing from the coating on the legs.
Any tips you all have for getting this looking great for her I’d be grateful.
I’m a new (well old) Necromunda player. I last played the OG version in the 90s and loved it.
Have found a local group who are looking for new players and to get a campaign going.

New gang time.
I’ve decided to go with the Orlock for a well rounded gang to start with. I picked up the gang box and weapon upgrade pack.
I find it easier to have the models actually have the weapon and gear they are have on their fighter card so was thinking of magnetising as many of the fighters as I can.
Is it worth magnetising the gangers and Juves? Or just set them with some standard weapons?
Are there any tips on load outs to start and if you’ve magnetised these models like this any tips would be really welcome
