Thoughts?

I know speed is key. Trying to work on lengthening my penultimate step. I am also around 195lb currently. (Mainly muscle as I come from a bodybuilding background.)

However my goal is 175lb as I understand that weight doesn’t fly regardless of it is muscle or fat.

Any tips help!!

Typical form check post

I started playing consistently about 3 months ago, didn’t play in high school unfortunately so I wasn’t coached on proper form. This is just from picking up on mental cues from when the ball goes in, and also advice I have gotten from friends.

I could barely touch rim at the beginning of the year. Currently without a ball I can get my wrist above the rim, but jumping with the ball is new to me.

Height: 5’11.5

Standing Reach: 92.5in
