In the process of rearranging my garage i discovered this long corner crack . Is it something I should be concerned about and repair ASAP or is it just normal new construction settlement? Thank you.

Going on a trip to Perdido key soon and need some advice on what lures/jigs/tackle/line to use. I'll be using a 7ft Daiwa saltwater spinning rod. This will be my second time ever fishing salt water.
