HELP! Jellyfin packaged stopped and won't run after installing ffmpeg7
UPDATE: no idea why, but 24 hours later it suddenly decided everythings fine.
I'm running Jellyfin 10.11.8-36 Package on a Synology DS1522plus DSM 7.3.2-86009 Update 3
I saw the post about the Jellyfin update today, and I know it takes a bit of time for the new Synology Package to show up in the package center however, it reminded me I hadn't checked to see if there were other updates in a while, and there was for ffmpeg 7 so I installed it.
While installing ffmpeg 7, Jellyfin shutdown and now will not RUN. I press RUN in package center and it thinks about it and the run option returns.
I tried restarting the Synology to no effect.
Log shows error : [2026-05-21 21:00:51.498 +09:30] [FTL] [16] Main: Error while starting server
MediaBrowser.Common.FfmpegException: Failed to find valid ffmpeg
at Emby.Server.Implementations.ApplicationHost.RunStartupTasksAsync()
at Jellyfin.Server.Program.StartServer(IServerApplicationPaths appPaths, StartupOptions options, IConfiguration startupConfig)
Everything was done via Package Center, so I have no idea how to rectify it.
