Can Equitable Rights Form the Subject‑Matter of a Trust?

I understand that a trust usually requires a split between legal and equitable rights. My confusion is: if both trustee and beneficiary are in equity, why does equity say this collapses? I think it’s because there’s no distinction left, but I’d like clarification.

Are Student Club Leadership Roles Worth It for Tech Careers?

Hey everyone,

I know hiring managers mainly focus on your ability to do the job, passing coding interviews, delivering technical documentation, succeeding in technical interviews, and building solid projects and I understand that building your brand in tech can matter.

So does having leadership roles in student clubs made a real difference when applying for technical positions, or even helped later in careers, like opening doors to C‑suite roles?

Do AWS certs beyond SAA/SAP/Cloud Practitioner matter to hiring managers?

I’m a student with previous experience as a SWE and AI trainer, aiming to move into Cloud Engineering or AI/Infrastructure Engineering. From your experience, do hiring managers actually ask for certs like AWS SysOps Administrator or AWS Developer Associate, or is it mostly the Solutions Architect Associate/Professional and Cloud Practitioner track that show up in job postings?

Are the other AWS certs making a difference in interviews, or do recruiters mainly filter for the core architect/practitioner ones?

Is it worth getting Azure certs beyond AZ‑104, and AZ‑305?

I’m a student right now with previous experience as a SWE and AI trainer, aiming to move into Cloud Engineering or AI/Infrastructure Engineering. With AZ‑204 retired and replaced by AI‑focused exams, do hiring managers actually ask for certs like DP‑203 or the newer AI/Developer tracks? Or is it mostly AZ‑104 and AZ‑305 that show up in job postings?

I’ve also been wondering if the GitHub certifications or the Microsoft 365 certifications are worth it. From your experience, are the newer certs making a difference in interviews and job descriptions, or do recruiters still mainly filter for the core infra/architect ones?

Any student discounts or vouchers for Terraform Associate 004 exam?

Hey everyone, I’m a broke college student trying to get certified in Terraform Associate (TA‑004). Does HashiCorp offer any student discounts, vouchers, or promos for the exam? I’ve seen AWS and Microsoft give student pricing, but not sure if HashiCorp does the same. Any tips or current offers would help a lot!
