I’m planning to take either the Linux Foundation Certified System Administrator (LFCS) exam or the Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) exam. I know some universities and partner programs provide discount codes or vouchers, and sometimes people end up with extras they don’t use.

If anyone has an unused code or voucher they’d be willing to share, I’d really appreciate it. The RHCSA exam is around $500, so any savings would help a lot.

So does having leadership roles in student clubs made a real difference when applying for technical positions, or even helped later in careers, like opening doors to C‑suite roles?

I’m a student with previous experience as a SWE and AI trainer, aiming to move into Cloud Engineering or AI/Infrastructure Engineering. From your experience, do hiring managers actually ask for certs like AWS SysOps Administrator or AWS Developer Associate, or is it mostly the Solutions Architect Associate/Professional and Cloud Practitioner track that show up in job postings?

Are the other AWS certs making a difference in interviews, or do recruiters mainly filter for the core architect/practitioner ones?

I’ve seen AWS and Microsoft give student pricing, but not sure if HashiCorp does the same. Any tips or current offers would help a lot!
