Why does the whole of kraaifontein get a bad rep!
So we've been looking at buying and have most of the western cape on our property24 search.
Between the useless agents that never respond and the houses that come up as under offer from the start we are almost ready to give up.
However, because we like the langeberg ridge area we thought we'd add surrounding areas too, like Windsor park/zoo park and have been to a few viewings.
There are some really nice pockets and streets in the surrounding areas, the people seem nice and the houses available are great value for money!
Now I know these areas are hardly the whole of kraaifontein and there are some really kak areas but doesnt every area have its bad? So why the bad rep?
Any locals to windsor park, zoo park, Bonnie Brae etc want to spill the beans on living there?
