Bugged Rampage solutions

Hello everyone. That Rampage, I think it's #6, is bugged, and I can't get 100% completion because of it. It starts normally, the timer runs as usual, and the weapon appears, but it doesn't count the kills. Does anyone have a solution? I'm playing the PC version of GTA Vice City with the SilentPatch mod enabled, and I've also tried limiting the FLS. Do you know why this is happening, or has it happened to any of you?

Weird New wave/ New Romantic

I was searching for albums with a strange combination; I wanted a New Romantic album, weird synth-pop, kind of sweet melodies, and a bit cult, and I found this little list:

Does anyone who has listened to these albums think they fit the description? And what album is as cult as these and has such a strange category?
